LOX LIFT CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT

SCIENCE-BACKED PROGRAMMING.

LOX LIFT follows a structured 12-week training system designed to build strength, increase muscle, and improve conditioning through planned progression. Each cycle is divided into three 4-week blocks, allowing for consistent adaptation without burnout. The program includes a mix of strength-focused lifting days and dedicated conditioning sessions, giving you a balanced approach to improving overall fitness. All workouts are coach-led, purposeful, and scalable based on your level.


Weekly Structure:

  • Monday: Total Body Lifting Session
  • Tuesday: Conditioning / Short Metcon
  • Wednesday: Total Body Lifting Session
  • Thursday: Conditioning / Team / Long Metcon
  • Friday: Total Body Lifting Session
  • Saturday: Conditioning / Team / Long Metcon
